Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work starts, so you know the estimated hours and the cost ceiling up front. All services are delivered remotely to clients across the United States.

WEB-01

Websites and landing pages

Design and build of business websites, service pages, and lead-capture pages, plus redesigns and repairs of existing sites.

AI agents and automation

Setup and configuration of AI assistants and automated workflows that handle repetitive work — answering inquiries, qualifying leads, routing messages, and moving data between the tools you already use.

Pricing

One rate, all services

We charge a single hourly rate no matter which service line the work falls under, and we tell you the estimate before we start.

$75 per hour, in U.S. dollars, for an experienced development team. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and itemized on every invoice.

How billing works

  • You receive a written estimate with scope and expected hours.
  • Projects over 10 estimated hours require a 50% deposit; the balance is invoiced on delivery.
  • Support and smaller jobs are invoiced after the work, net 7 days.
  • We will not exceed an approved estimate without your written approval first.
  • Payment by card or bank transfer. All prices in USD.

What isn't included

  • Third-party costs — domains, hosting, software licenses, AI usage fees and hardware — are billed at cost and always disclosed in advance.
  • On-site visits and travel, which are quoted separately.
  • Work outside the approved written scope, unless you approve it in writing.

Turnaround times below are typical. Your written estimate will give the specific timeline for your project.

STEP 01

Consultation

A free call to understand the problem. Usually scheduled within 2 business days of your request.

STEP 02

Written estimate

Scope, deliverables, estimated hours and total cost, sent within 3 business days of the call.

STEP 03

Build

Work begins within 5 business days of approval and deposit. Websites typically deliver in 2–4 weeks, automation builds in 1–3 weeks, installations on a scheduled date.

STEP 04

Delivery and handoff

You review, we revise, and you receive full ownership plus documentation. Everything we build is yours.

Support is provided by our staff directly — there is no automated phone tree and no offshore ticket queue between you and the people doing the work.
