Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy explains what information The Monopoly Network collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the services we provide.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed: our payment processor, our web hosting and email providers, and accounting or legal advisors. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

When we configure third-party platforms on your behalf, your data on those platforms is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

4. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and password management practices to safeguard information. Client credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager and access is limited to staff working on your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

5. How long we keep it

We retain project and billing records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and tax requirements, typically seven years for financial records. Credentials are deleted or handed back to you at the end of an engagement on request.

6. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary for basic operation and, where enabled, standard analytics to understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to function.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws have these rights by statute, and we extend them to all customers. Email jay@jaymonopoly.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a revised date.
